Just a fitting option for a brief stopover in Gyumri with real value for money. The staff were friendly and provided quick assistance with my late check-in. Pack light since the room has limited storage space.

elegant design, beautiful decor, spacious lobby
No blackout curtains—seriously!!! Also, I expected a more welcoming atmosphere, but it just felt routine. A little attention to these details would go a long way in enhancing the overall guest experience!!!

everything seemed fine until I realized the complete lack of blackout curtains—what a disaster! I also expected a welcome gift, but instead felt like just another guest. the breakfast was merely satisfactory, definitely not the luxury I anticipated, not impressed! I almost gave a good review but just couldn't with these issues lingering. total disappointement.

The experience was immaculate with breathtaking decor that balances old-world charm with modern comforts. My room was fabulously clean, boasting white crisp sheets, a luxurious shower, and beautiful tiles that hinted at the meticulous upkeep. The breakfast selection was fresh and delicious, and I adored the thoughtful gift of rose hip juice which will be a sweet memento from my stay.

Great stay with lovely staff!
This hotel was super cozy and the staff was awesome! Location was totally ideal for exploring. The room was large and comfy and I was stoked to see the Prija bathroom goodies! Just need to watch out for the stairs, not stroller-friendly. Plus, the lounge bar had a nice vibe.

I was really impressed with how clean everything was, and the big comfy lobby was a great place to chill. They had a fun game room and a cozy area for watching movies, perfect for winding down. The only downside was the lack of blackout curtains, but it’s not a deal-breaker! 😊 Pro tip, check out the breakfast options, they’re pretty satisfying!
